Answer Supervision-Answer Supervision gives the calling station an "off-hook" supervisory signal when the called party answers their phone.

Call Forwarding - Allows you to forward incoming calls to another number by dialing a code, plus the number to receive the call. If the alternate location is not a free call the customer will be billed the appropriate rates for each call forwarded. This service helps to avoid those important calls even when you are away from your telephone.

Call Forwarding - Busy Line - Allows you to have incoming calls forwarded to another number when the called number is busy. You can activate and deactivate the forwarding feature by dialing a code as well as establish or change the number to which calls will be forwarded. Instead of callers receiving a busy signal, this service especially benefits business customers to direct overflow calls to another number. Don't miss another important call.

Call Forwarding - Busy Line/Don't Answer - Allows you to have incoming calls forwarded to another number if the called number is busy or does not answer. This is another service to help avoid missing important calls.

Call Forwarding - Don't Answer - Allows you to have incoming calls forwarded to another number if the customer does not answer after a preset number of ringing cycles. You can activate and deactivate the forwarding feature by dialing a code as well as establish or change the number to which calls will be forwarded.

Call Transfer - Allows you to transfer an incoming call to a third party or add a third party to an existing call, forming a three-party connection, and then to leave the connection without disconnecting the call. If the number is not local, you would be liable for any appropriate long distance charges. Call transfer saves time in getting the calling party to the right person immediately.

Call Waiting - When on your telephone, this service causes a distinctive tone to be heard when another call is coming in to your line. By briefly depressing the switchhook, you will be connected to the second caller while placing the first party on hold, subsequent depressions of the switchhook will allow the user to alternate between callers.

Caller Name and Number Deliver - Allows for the automatic delivery of a calling party's name and telephone number to your telephone instrument. This service gives you an opportunity to decide whether to answer the call immediately or not. The name and number are displayed on your telephone instrument or a separate piece of equipment attached to your telephone set.

Continuous Redial - Allows you to dial a code that will cause the feature to automatically redial the last number you dialed. If the called number is busy, the feature will redial the called number for a limited period of time. A tone then alerts you when the called number becomes available.

Distinctive Ringing - Distinctive Ringing Service is like having extra telephone numbers working at your home or business. This service causes a special or distinctive ring pattern to be heard when a caller calls the distinctive ring number. Each telephone line can hold up to three distinctive ring numbers.

Hot Line - Hot Line service allows you to establish a switched connection to a predetermined number when your telephone goes off-hook. No dialing is required; the call is processed automatically to the predetermined telephone number.

Last Call Return - Allows you to dial a code that will cause the feature to automatically redial the number of the last incoming call to that line, whether the call was answered or not. You do not have to know the number of the calling party. If the called number is busy, the feature will redial the called number for a limited period of time. A tone alerts you when the called line is available. Last Call Return helps avoid missed calls and is a quick method of calling the person back.

Priority Call - Allows you to assign a maximum of 31 telephone numbers to a special list. You will hear a distinctive ring at your location when calls are received from callers' telephone numbers on that list. If you have the Call Waiting feature, you will also hear a distinctive call waiting tone.

Revertive Call Intercom - Allows a customer to cause their own phone to ring with a distinctive ring. Then, two or more stations may pick up a receiver and use the line as an "intercom" line. A great scenario for this service -- a phone in a barn that could ring your house or office to ask for assistance.

Rotary Hunt - This business application causes calls to a business main telephone number to sequentially roll to other telephone numbers should the first number be busy or go unanswered. A definite must for a busy office.

Selective Call Forwarding - Allows you to specify a special list of up to 31 telephone numbers. Incoming calls placed to you from telephone numbers on that list will automatically be forwarded to a predefined telephone number. All other calls will be handled normally. With Selective Call Forwarding you can be sure the calls you forward are the calls you want!

Selective Call Rejection - Allows you to reject incoming calls from up to 31 numbers of calling parties by dialing a code and the telephone numbers of calls to be rejected. Any call attempts to you from these numbers will be directed to an announcement informing the caller that their call is not presently being accepted by you. You may also reject future calls from the most recent call received by dialing a code after completing the call. Selective Call Rejection enhances personal security and privacy, and can help stop annoying calls.

Speed Calling - Allows you to build a list of up to 30 telephone numbers that then be called by dialing an abbreviated code. This service can save you valuable time when time is of the essence.

3-Way Calling ‑ Permits you to add a third party to an existing local or long distance call. It will also allow you to consult privately with a third party while holding the original call. Three Way Calling is like holding a three party conference call.

Voice Mail E-Messenger - Brings the same security of Voice Mail Basic, and electronically delivers your messages to your email address.

Warm Line - Warm line service allows you to automatically establish a connection to a predetermined number if you do not dial a number within a specified length of time after going off-hook. When your telephone goes off-hook and dialing begins within the specified time delay period, the call will proceed normally as dialed. If dialing is not started before the end of the predefined time delay period, a predetermined stored number is automatically dialed.
