Lifeline Program Re-Certification

Once again, it is time for the annual Lifeline Program re-certification audit. Every year, participants are required to re-certify to remain eligible to receive discounted phone service thru the Lifeline program. Through re-certification, service with us will be extended for an additional year. 

If you are a program participant, your Lifeline 2014 Self Re-Certification Form must be returned to TBTC Customer Services no later than September 16th, 2014.

Failure to respond to the audit request will result in de-enrollment in the Lifeline Program.
